Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver educational programs to enhance nursing skills and knowledge

  • Provide clinical and educational support to nursing staff, including precepting and mentoring
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and nursing practice
  • Stay current with best practices in nursing education and apply knowledge to improve educational programs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree in nursing or related field preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a teaching or leadership role
  • Current RN licensure and certification in area of clinical practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
