Join Our Team as a Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our team at SolutionHealth. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families across the lifespan.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and provide preventative care services, including screenings and immunizations.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab results and X-rays, to inform diagnoses.
  • Prescribe medications and manage medication regimens effectively.
  • Provide care coordination and referrals to specialists as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records.

Qualifications:

  • MD/DO degree and board certification in Family Medicine.
  • NH medical license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a primary care setting.
  • Proficiency with EPIC EMR or willingness to learn.
