Job Summary

We are seeking a Residential Sanitation Specialist to join our team at Sagora Senior Living. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our residences, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize residences and contents, including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning kitchen and bath fixtures, turning mattresses, moving light furniture, emptying trash receptacles
  • Perform other cleaning duties for resident apartments, offices, bathrooms, and common areas
  • Assist with cleaning and refurbishing of vacated residences as they become vacant
  • Wash, dry, fold, and store linens and laundry
  • Coordinate delivery and return of resident laundry
Requirements
  • 1 year of work experience in a hospitality environment (hotel, country club, or resort) preferred
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents, families, guests, and associates in English
  • Ability to work safely with cleaning chemicals
