Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outbound Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at StarPlus Energy LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our outbound shipping activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily operations of outbound shipping, including scheduling shipments, inventory management, and shipping/receiving activities.
  • Directly manage a cross-functional team of employees, responsible for employee hiring, training, performance, and retention.
  • Oversee inventory management activities, including physical inventory audits, excess and obsolete material mitigation, and parts record integrity.
  • Manage and mitigate financial transactions associated with supply and resource operations.
  • Participate in the completion of kaizen projects and lead safety, quality, and cost initiatives.
  • Interact with all levels of the organization, including hourly and salary employees, as well as executive leadership.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with various levels of employees.
  • Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to direct the workforce and deliver results on key performance indicators.
  • Demonstrated technical problem-solving ability.
  • Strong understanding of production control, supply chain, or material handling systems and procedures.
  • Goal-oriented self-starter with ability to lead teams.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree.
  • Bilingual English/Korean.
  • Extensive knowledge in data analytics utilizing MS Excel, MS Access, or other database applications.
