As a Speech Language Pathologist at VitalCaring Group, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families. Your key responsibilities will include evaluating and assessing patients to determine their appropriateness for care, developing patient-specific care plans, and communicating with the care team, physician, payors, patients, and families to address care needs and fulfill the patient's care plan.

To succeed in this role, you must have a Master's degree in speech pathology from an accredited university and complete clinical observation hours in supervised practicum. Current Speech-Language Pathology License, valid state driver's license, and auto liability insurance are also required. One year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in an acute care, rehabilitation, or home health setting is preferred.

The compensation package includes a competitive salary of $**$85,000 - $115,000 per year**, comprehensive health, dental, and disability benefits, 401(k) program with company match, and generous paid time off.
