Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Professional degree in Structural Engineering (ABET accredited) and PE registration in SC (or ability to quickly acquire same).
  • Minimum 10 years' experience as a registered PE in structural design, with a variety of building materials and experience with special foundations and deep foundations.
  • Design-Build experience and industrial/distribution/logistics building type experience required.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to budget, direct, and assign work to team members.
  • Excellent communication, graphic, and written skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office Suite, and experience with RAM Structural Systems, ENERCALC, or other suitable computer-aided design software.
