Job Overview

Are you a skilled school psychologist looking to make a meaningful impact in a remote setting? We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Digital School Psychologist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with K-12 students and provide assessment, consultation, and intervention services to help them overcome academic, social, and emotional challenges.

This is a 1099 contract position that offers flexible scheduling and competitive compensation based on experience and caseload. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conducting assessments, developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and collaborating with school teams to support student success.

About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced school psychologist who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning;
  • Interpreting assessment results and communicating findings to parents, educators, and other stakeholders;
  • Collaborating with school teams to develop and implement effective IEPs and behavior intervention plans (BIPs);
  • Providing counseling and intervention services to students with mild to moderate diagnoses, both individually and in group settings;
  • Monitoring and tracking students' progress and adjusting intervention strategies as needed;
  • Participating in IEP meetings and providing input on students' goals and progress;
  • Offering consultation and guidance to teachers and school staff to create a supportive learning environment;
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology;
  • Valid state licensure as a School Psychologist;
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a School Psychologist in a K-12 setting;
  • Experience conducting psychological assessments and developing IEPs;
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills;
  • Comfortable with technology and able to effectively use teletherapy platforms;
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, private workspace.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and caseload.
