Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and negotiate current market prices for used vehicles
Conduct vehicle appraisals and assessments
Coordinate on-site Wholesale Auctions and attend off-site auctions as assigned
Deliver exceptional customer service and work with other departments to create iconic customer experiences
Support the execution and sustainment of new store procedures, processes, and technology platforms
Requirements:
Ability to make independent judgments regarding important business decisions
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Valid driver's license
Work Environment:
This role requires flexibility to work in an indoor/outdoor environment, with the ability to walk or stand for long periods of time. You will also be required to work in any inclement weather conditions for several hours. Flexible work hours with shifts that may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overnight travel within a scheduled 40-hour workweek are also required.
