Job Overview

Poolsure, an Aquasol Company, is seeking a skilled Pool Repair Expert to join our team in the North Texas area.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostics and root cause analysis at customer-owned commercial aquatic facilities. They will also be responsible for modeling industry best practices and communicating national standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role offers a company vehicle and flexible work arrangements, with daily travel to our office location in Dallas, TX not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot pool-related issues for customers
  • Quote and perform repairs of pool equipment
  • Install new pool equipment and perform plumbing and electrical repairs
  • Sell and supervise capital improvements to facilities, including resurfacing of finishes
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in troubleshooting pool equipment and selling repairs, or demonstrated expertise in a related field
  • Ability to organize tools and materials to execute effective solutions in a timely manner for customers
  • Comfortable incorporating new technologies into daily work experience
  • Clean driving history and ability to pass a routine background check and pre-employment drug screen
