We are currently in search of a Pre-K Educational Facilitator for the upcoming school year. Work Schedule
Monday – Friday, with flexible hoursQualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience required Valid New York State Teaching Certification in Students with Disabilities Birth-Grade 2 or All Grades required Strong dedication to the mission of Harlem Children's Zone 2 – 5 years of teaching experience in an urban educational environment is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication abilitiesOur Commitment to You
To ensure outstanding outcomes for our scholars, we recruit exceptional educators and administrators and provide one of the most competitive benefits packages available. The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $90,000, with compensation determined by years of experience, educational qualifications, and certification.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver a high-quality early learning program that integrates evidence-based practices and instructional activities both inside and outside the classroom. Tailor instruction based on data and individual student needs Create and implement individualized educational plans that support children's social, intellectual, linguistic, physical, and emotional development Design effective instructional strategies aligned with students' needs and interests Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from various assessments for each student Lead initiatives to identify and support special education students Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to ensure each student receives appropriate support Regularly reflect on assessment data with colleagues, administration, or families to enhance practices and boost student achievement Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues Build meaningful relationships with families and engage parents in their children's education Work collaboratively with administrators and specialists in lesson design and execution Foster a nurturing environment and model positive behavior for students Supervise and develop educational support staff Perform additional duties as assignedInterview Process
