Job Title: Registered Nurse RN Medical Surgical Med Surg OOU

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse RN to join our Medical Surgical team at Banner Health. As a Registered Nurse RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient-specific needs and medical plan of care.
  • Provide direct patient care, coordinate, delegate, and supervise the activities of the healthcare team.
  • Evaluate patient progress towards goals and expected outcomes in collaboration with other healthcare team members.
  • Document assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the patient record.

Requirements:

  • Current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
  • BLS certification.
  • Minimum one year experience in an acute care hospital setting.
