Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer - Enterprise Cloud Integration to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and operating cloud solutions for our clients, with a focus on servers, storage, and HCI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide cloud integration services for clients, including private, public, and hybrid cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with customer-nominated representatives to design, build, and operate cloud solutions.
  • Manage and deliver projects, with a focus on meeting customer needs and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of cloud infrastructure experience.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver projects.
  • Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong contextual technical understanding, including solutions design, deployment, and migration.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or extensive related field experience.
  • Professional services experience is desirable.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
  • Well organized and works independently with attention to detail.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment requiring multi-tasking, and time management in constantly changing technical environments.
  • Confident yet willing to seek advice from teammates or vendor partners.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, including project planning, issue and scope management, resource motivation and management, and strong relationship management.
  • Ability to write effectively and summarize.
  • Strong enterprise cloud integration skills, including on-premises, private cloud technologies, networking, servers, storage, hyper-converged, data protection, VMware Virtual Infrastructure, Dell (servers, storage, HCI), HPE (servers, storage, HCI), Nutanix.
  • Private/Public cloud hybrid solutions design, deployment, migration, data center technologies focus.
  • Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
