You will ensure adherence to Hospital and departmental policies and procedures, and patient care assignment may include various age groups.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patient safety and report any concerns
Identify educational needs and develop appropriate instructional programs
Implement educational curricula using adult learning principles
Monitor, evaluate, and revise educational programs
Maintain current knowledge and competency in the field of expertise
Integrate ethics within all areas of educational practice
Provide leadership and promote quality outcomes
Collaborate with other professionals and stakeholders
Maintain documentation and records of instructional programs
Establish and maintain open and effective communication patterns

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Master's Degree in Nursing or related discipline
3 years directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS certification
Registered Nurse license

Working Conditions:

Heavy Work: Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently
Chemicals, Bio Hazardous Materials require PPE
