Job Description

**Job Summary**

The Contents Restoration Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the technical activities necessary to restore or repair commercial and residential personal properties damaged by fire, smoke, water, mold, bio-hazard and other factors. This role requires a strong understanding of industry standards and the ability to manage a team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective restoration services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the Contents Department, including estimating and executing personal property mitigation and contents work.
  • Provide direction and coordination of field activities related to the installation teams and any coordinated subcontracts.
  • Estimate the loss of the entire project through the use of Xactimate and/or Simbility software.
  • Manage the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Secure any unique materials, and/or equipment required to complete the project.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of emergency restoration experience, preferably in fire, water, smoke, and mold restoration.
  • IICRC Certification.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability in problem-solving.
  • Strong sense of urgency.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
