About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on gas compression packages, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of parts.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues using advanced diagnostic techniques and tools.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client requests, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving processes and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, including timesheets, expense reports, and repair documentation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of relevant experience in a related field.
  • Certification from CAT/Waukesha (or equivalent) in Gas I, Gas II, Electrical, Ariel Basic, Ariel Mechanical, and Waukesha GET.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and post-offer physical testing.
  • Valid motor vehicle driver's license and ability to travel extensively within the region.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with knowledge of complex service and maintenance tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
