Physical Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Plymouth Physical Therapy Specialists. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients and developing treatment plans to help them achieve optimal physical health.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients and develop treatment plans based on evaluation results
  • Review physician referrals and patient medical records to determine physical therapy treatment required
  • Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
  • Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
  • Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
Requirements:
  • Master of Physical Therapy Degree (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree (DPT)
  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current state of Michigan license or ability to obtain Michigan license and CPR certification
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) abilities are a plus
  • Possesses basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, Database software, and MS Office
