Bridge Investment Group is seeking a Summer Intern to join our Human Resources division. This internship provides exceptional exposure to a rapidly expanding global real estate investment management firm and its internal operations from an HR perspective. Interns will gain insights into various functions and processes integral to our HR team, including benefits administration, payroll management, HR analytics, employee relations, talent acquisition, and talent development.
Our entrepreneurial culture encourages the Summer Intern to take initiative and contribute to specific projects tailored to their vertical, collaborating closely with senior management, dedicated team members, and fellow interns on company-wide initiatives throughout the program.
Qualifications:
- Strong motivation and energy, with a track record of excellence in previous endeavors.
- Interest in pursuing a career within HR or an alternative investment management firm.
- Relevant academic coursework.
- A minimum GPA of 3.5 or equivalent.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a commitment to client service.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of urgency.
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
- A passion for learning and a mindset that values all tasks, regardless of size.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site for the duration of the internship.
