The candidate must excel in guest relations and etiquette while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly
  • Receive beverage orders from servers or directly from patrons
  • Craft cocktails and other beverages in line with company standards
  • Ensure the bar area is fully stocked with necessary tools and supplies
  • Prepare inventory requests to replenish stock as needed
  • Serve food items to guests at the bar when appropriate
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of beverage offerings, menus, and promotions
  • Maintain cleanliness in the work area through regular cleaning tasks
  • Provide guests with information on hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • A minimum of three years of bartending experience is required
  • Experience in a high-volume hospitality setting is essential
  • Strong verbal communication skills are necessary
  • Positive interpersonal skills are a must
  • State-specific health and/or alcohol compliance certification is required
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
