Location: Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Bellevue Downtown

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Bellevue Downtown. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences. You will be the face of our hotel, and your ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while engaging with guests will be crucial to our success.

Responsibilities:

• Serve guests in the bar, restaurant, and room service with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Mix and serve a variety of cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Prepare and serve food as needed, ensuring high-quality presentation and service.
• Offer flexibility and creativity to meet guest requests and preferences.
• Process guest orders and collect payments accurately and efficiently.
• Clean and maintain the bar area, including equipment, utensils, and surrounding spaces.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and receiving of food and beverage items.
• Support the hotel's goals and objectives through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.

Requirements:

• Previous food and beverage experience is required, with some locations requiring bartending experience specifically.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to read, write, type, and use basic technology.
• Physical stamina to stand and move around for extended periods, with the ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers Permit and Alcohol Servers Permit.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
