">Job Summary
">We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Experience Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading a team of associates at the front of store, ensuring prompt and courteous customer service, and promoting loyalty programs. You'll also be expected to maintain a clean and organized store, model outstanding customer service, and take an active role in training and mentoring associates on front-end principles.
This is a full-time position that requires flexibility, including nights and weekends. If you're a team player with strong communication and organizational skills, and you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you
">Responsibilities
">- Create a positive internal and external customer experience by leading by example and engaging with customers.
- Promote a culture of honesty and integrity, and maintain confidentiality.
- Take an active role in training and mentoring associates on front-end principles.
- Assign registers, support POS coverage needs, and coordinate breaks for associates.
- Address customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Ensure associates execute tasks and activities according to store plan, prioritizing as needed.
- Communicate effectively with management and associates when setting and addressing priorities, providing progress updates.
- Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
- Partner with management on associate training needs to increase effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Promote credit and loyalty programs.
- Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
- Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- The ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
- Able to train others.
- 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
