Position Overview: We are currently looking for skilled CNC Machinists for our second and third shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and fine-tuning CNC machinery to ensure production schedules are met efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machinery according to production schedules
  • Make on-the-fly adjustments to machinery to meet precision and tolerance specifications
  • Select and change tools as necessary
  • Manufacture components to detailed blueprints and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Adhere to all internal quality protocols
  • Share insights and suggestions to enhance production efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with team members across shifts regarding progress and quality
  • Follow all safety regulations

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Technical training or schooling is preferred but not mandatory
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in setting up, adjusting, and operating CNC machinery
  • Ability to work independently while adhering to schedules
  • Proficient in basic to intermediate shop mathematics
  • Skilled in machining to tight tolerances
  • Capable of reading and interpreting shop measuring tools (micrometers, gauges, dial indicators, etc.)
  • Familiarity with industry quality standards and requirements
  • Willingness to mentor less experienced colleagues
  • Dependable attendance and commitment to scheduled shifts are essential

Compensation:

  • Compensation for this position is commensurate with experience and skill level
