Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Table Setting and Maintenance: Set and clear tables in a timely manner, ensuring that each table is clean and properly set with utensils, condiments, and other necessary items.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Assist servers with food and beverage service, delivering food and drinks to tables, and clearing plates and glasses.
  • Dining Area Maintenance: Ensure that the dining area is clean and organized at all times, including cleaning spills and maintaining a tidy appearance of the dining room.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate with the kitchen staff and servers to ensure that orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly to guests.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and special requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Safety and Sanitation: Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling and disposal of food, and use of cleaning chemicals.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a Busser or in a related position in a restaurant or hotel.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Availability: Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Hospitality: Experience in the Hospitality industry.
Certifications and Permits

Must maintain current Food Handler Card and OLCC Service Permit.

Travel Requirements

Local travel may be required in conjunction with Member/Guest events.

Working Conditions

May include both inside or outside shifts.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
