Job Description and Duties
This position is located in the Department of Forestry & Fire Protection, where you will be responsible for supporting the staffing needs of the organization. As a Senior Personnel Specialist, you will work closely with management to develop and implement personnel policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, select, and hire personnel to meet the needs of the organization.
- Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to management on personnel-related matters.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Working Conditions
This position may require working nights, weekends, and holidays in support of emergency incidents.
