Physical Therapist Opportunity

A smaller community hospital located in a charming rural area of California is seeking a full-time, permanent Physical Therapist to join their dynamic therapy team.

Estimated Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 per year

About the Role:

  • This is a direct hire opportunity with a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule and daytime hours.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for rehabilitation and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
  • You will work closely with an experienced leadership team to develop personalized treatment plans and perform various physical therapy techniques to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.

Key Qualifications:

  • A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.
  • An active PT License is also essential.
  • Prior experience in physical therapy is desirable but not mandatory.
