In Home Staffing Coordinator

The primary role of a Care Service Scheduler is to manage the staffing of client service hours. This involves ensuring shifts are adequately staffed with qualified caregivers whose skills and availability align with client needs, as well as effectively communicating new assignments or scheduling changes to both caregivers and clients.
This position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating caregiving services, which includes providing supportive on-the-job training to caregivers and assisting with care for clients when needed.
Key qualifications include two years of combined experience in scheduling and caregiving, a valid Arizona driver's license, reliable vehicle, auto insurance, current 1st aid/CPR certification, COVID vaccination, flexibility for rotating on-call schedules, proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and experience with web-based home care software systems, and excellent attendance and punctuality.
Salary Estimate: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
