Job Summary

MaxSent is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to oversee the overall contract management and serve as the primary point of contact for the client and all Armed Protective Security Officers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contract requirements, overseeing security operations, and managing a team of security personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Administration: Ensure all contract requirements are met, and compliance is maintained.
  • Security Operations Management: Oversee and manage all security operations, including supervising Armed Protective Security Officers, Armed Supervisors, and administrative staff.
  • Post Coverage: Ensure all posts are covered by trained and certified Protective Service Officers daily.
  • Employee Performance: Ensure employees perform all duties and requirements of the contract, including quality of services and supplies, timeliness of deliverables, cost control, and compliance with government reporting requirements.
  • Investigations: Conduct prompt and thorough internal investigations of reported allegations.
  • Equipment and Property Management: Ensure all equipment and property are tracked and accounted for, and otherwise safeguarded.
  • Program Quality Control: Have overall responsibility for implementing, monitoring, and upgrading the program quality control plan and ensure the workforce complies with program requirements.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the focal point for the client for all program activities and be responsible for overall quality and standards conformance in accordance with the Statement of Work.
  • Compliance: Ensure all employees are in compliance with all contract and state requirements.
Qualifications
  • Security Clearance: Must have a Secret Clearance and/or Top Secret Clearance.
  • Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience, including project development and implementation, management and control of funds and resources, and demonstrated capability in managing multi-task Contracts or subcontracts.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field of study preferred or substantial and verifiable law enforcement, military, or business management experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
