Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Walmart's GenAI-powered conversational platform, My Assistant, which supports our 2.1 million associates across more than 10 countries, enhancing their work experience.
  • Product Vision: Formulate and steer the product roadmap for 'My Assistant', ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and user requirements.
  • AI Product Innovation: Collaborate with engineering teams to develop AI-enhanced features and upgrades, utilizing your technical expertise. Transition from 0 to N as we harness the capabilities of GenAI throughout Walmart.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and end-users. Communicate effectively to synchronize expectations and achieve results.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM discipline
  • Proven track record in creating strategic roadmaps and deploying robust, scalable AI/ML/Data Science solutions and products
  • Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and the ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Strong foundation in AI/ML technologies and conversational interfaces.
  • Experience in GenAI product development is preferred.
  • Proficient in data-driven decision-making
  • Customer-focused with the capability to develop solutions that exceed expectations
  • Comfortable collaborating with software engineers to create scalable solutions
  • Experience working alongside UX designers to develop intuitive user experiences
  • Familiarity with process design
  • Capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders across multiple domains
  • Organized, disciplined, and adept at managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Comfortable dealing with uncertainty
  • Motivated by challenges and prepared to engage at a Fortune 1 scale

The annual salary range for this role is $90,000.00 to $180,000.00, with additional compensation opportunities available.
