Job Summary

SP+ is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to airport patrons, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet airport patrons at the loading platform, providing assistance with baggage, information, and directions.
  • Communicate with dispatchers and supervisors to facilitate service for the traveling public.
  • Maintain orderly queuing and board passengers according to designed procedures.
  • Assist in providing timely rotation of buses through orderly passenger queuing techniques.
  • Provide timely updates of information to patrons and complete reports related to assistance provided.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret the English language.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
Work Environment

The work environment is subject to moderate to loud noise levels, moderate to high exposure to vehicle emissions, and moderate to high exposure to extreme hot/cold temperatures. The work environment is also subject to all weather conditions, including precipitation and wind.
