Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating shuttle buses, transporting passengers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate shuttle buses safely and efficiently, ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to passenger inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Perform vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness of bus interiors, and fuel buses as needed.
  • Log trip counts and assist disabled passengers, ensuring their safe and comfortable transportation.
  • Be at work every scheduled day, on time, and in uniform, maintaining a neat and clean appearance.
  • Have and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license, with a current address and an acceptable DMV record.
Requirements:
  • Less than High School education or one month related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one situations to customers and other employees.
  • Ability to add, subtract, two-digit numbers, and multiply and divide with 10's and 100's, and perform these operations using units of American money.
Work Environment:

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interactions with customers and colleagues. You will be required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle cash and equipment, with occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing. You may be required to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
