Job Summary

As a Heavy Equipment Preventive Maintenance Technician with Hughes Brothers Construction Inc, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks on heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan. Your duties will include lubricating equipment, blowing out air filters, and performing minor mechanical repairs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive maintenance according to assigned schedules for heavy equipment.
  • Help perform minor repairs on assigned equipment.
  • Keep records of serviced equipment.
  • Maintain and upkeep of company vehicles.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to report to the shop in Wildwood.
  • Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures.
  • Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift to 40 pounds.
  • Able to work independently or as an active member of a team.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Experience a plus.
