Cepra Landscape is seeking a skilled Spray Technician to join our team in The Villages Area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for applying pesticides and fertilizers to ensure the health and appearance of our clients' landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply pesticides and fertilizers using mechanical and hand-operated equipment
• Calibrate equipment regularly to ensure precise applications
• Diagnose common turf and ornamental pests
• Communicate effectively with managers and team members
• Complete application records accurately and on time

Requirements:

• Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
• Commercial landscape spray experience preferred, but willing to train interested candidates
• Ability to read and understand pesticide/fertilizer labels and SDS sheets
• Able to lift 50 lbs. or more
• Willingness to work outdoors in different weather conditions

Salary: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
