We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Foreman Plumber to join our team at R & T Yoder Plumbing, Inc in Columbus, OH. As a Residential Foreman Plumber, you will be responsible for leading our plumbing operations and ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of plumbers to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential plumbing systems
- Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements:
- 4+ years of plumbing field experience
- At least 4+ years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing systems, NSPC, and local codes
- Previous/current DOT certification is a plus
- A plus to have knowledge of industrial, medical or agriculture plumbing systems
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
