Job Description

CVS Health is hiring a Retail Store Associate to work in a dynamic retail environment. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, managing cash and credit transactions, and supporting store operations. As a key member of our store team, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally and develop valuable skills.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and addressing concerns
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, checks, and credit cards
  • Restock shelves, receive vendor shipments, update prices, and complete inventory management tasks as directed
  • Support opening and closing store activities, as needed
  • Provide support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational
  • Collaborate with pharmacy personnel to enhance patient care and service
  • Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to drive customer engagement and retention
Requirements
  • At least 16 years of age
  • Meet physical demands, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 35 lbs
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service (desired)
Compensation and Benefits
