Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Attendant to join our team at Kaiser Permanente in Woodland Hills, California. As a Nursing Attendant, you will provide vital support to our healthcare team, ensuring the highest quality patient care. Your expertise will make a significant impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician, performing various patient care functions as assigned.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care, adhering to established standards of care, policies, and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Assist with transporting patients, equipment, and supplies throughout the medical center, utilizing proper body mechanics.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Nursing Attendant in an acute hospital, skilled nursing, extended care, or convalescent care setting.
  • Current enrollment in an approved RN or LVN program may be substituted for 1 year of experience.
  • State Certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of a Nursing Attendant course required.
  • Basic Life Support certification necessary.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will enjoy comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
