Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services and Events Team Member to join our team at Iron Peak Sports & Events. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience at our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Register guests and process payments for leagues, camps, clinics, and other programs.
  • Be knowledgeable about facility programs, including format, pricing, and meeting dates/times.
  • Operate multi-line phones and record waivers and event information.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, performing regular walk-throughs to ensure venue cleanliness.
  • Enforce venue policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service experience preferred.
