Job Summary

This position involves general labor with diverse responsibilities crucial to the daily operations of our erosion control division. The Crew Lead is tasked with overseeing the physical installation of erosion control measures such as silt fences, inlet protection, and slope matting on both residential and commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review the daily work schedule with crew members each morning.
  • Assist in loading trucks with necessary installation materials.
  • Represent Greenrise Technologies professionally to clients and homeowners.
  • Ensure all erosion control work meets high standards of excellence.
  • Adhere to safety protocols related to vehicles, equipment, and site conduct.
  • Direct and install erosion control products according to field manager specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with crew members to ensure timely production.
  • Achieve daily and weekly installation goals for silt fences.
  • Maintain and inspect vehicles, tools, and equipment properly.
  • Report important information and concerns through the appropriate channels.

Qualifications & Standards

  • Strong leadership skills with 1-3 years of supervisory experience.

  • Reliable and punctual attendance.

  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficient in using technology for tracking work progress.

  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurance requirements.
