Position Overview:


As a key member of our team, you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring that they have a pleasant shopping experience. Your role will involve maintaining an organized sales floor, assisting with inventory management, and providing product knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers warmly and provide a superior customer service experience.
  • Respond to inquiries, recommend promotional items, and share detailed product information.
  • Handle transactions efficiently, including processing payments through various methods.
  • Manage customer returns with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist in the receipt and organization of merchandise shipments.
  • Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the store.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support store operations.

Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:
  • Experience in the equestrian field is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and effectively communicating with customers and team members.
  • Good telephone manners.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to customer needs.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when required.
  • This role involves frequent movement, including standing, reaching, and occasional climbing.
  • Must possess a friendly, enthusiastic demeanor and a genuine passion for providing excellent service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or currently pursuing a diploma.
  • Collaborative spirit and problem-solving skills.
