Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at World Market Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a customer-first selling culture through effective routines, visual brand standards, and engagement behaviors.
  • Analyze business trends and problem-solve business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performance team that aligns with our company values.
  • Support and maintain a safe work environment through ongoing safety training and awareness.
  • Plan and execute daily business tasks and duties assigned by the Store Manager.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture.
  • Leadership skills including excellent customer experience behaviors, a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and effective delegation.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, depending on the needs of the business.
  • Minimum Age 21 years.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
