Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient evaluations to assess occupational performance and develop treatment plans to support patient goals
  • Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in electronic medical records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Oregon or eligibility for licensure
  • Minimum one year of post-clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience working in an outpatient setting preferred
  • Ability to work variable shifts and locations
