Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain short- and long-term financial projections for use by NCLH leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Research and report on financial actual result variances against budget and forecast, identifying root causes.
  • Assist with monthly closing activities, including journal entry preparation, review, and variance explanations.
  • Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
  • Support various departments with budget and forecast development, review, and upload.
  • Communicate with a wider audience outside of Finance as needed.
  • Prepare presentations for leadership to support strategic decision-making.
  • Understand cost drivers and identify/elevate issues when necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Experience: 2-3 years' experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or budgeting functions, with high-level business analysis experience preferred.

Skills: Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in Microsoft Suite applications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with upper management and operations team members.
