About Ferris School
Our facility provides a structured learning environment that addresses the needs of up to 72 court-committed males, aged 13-18. With a focus on pro-social skills, family reunification, and rehabilitative treatment, our team helps shape the futures of these young individuals.

This role requires performing nursing assessments, collecting data, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care. You will also be responsible for managing patient medication, administering dispensations safely, and maintaining accurate records. As part of our team, you will receive ongoing training and support to enhance your skills and expertise.

Competitive Salary and Benefits
The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $110,000, reflecting the importance of this role in shaping the futures of our patients. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, to support your overall well-being.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you must hold a current RN license in the State of Delaware and have prior experience working with adolescents in a psychiatric or correctional setting.
