Customer Service Operations plays a vital role in delivering proactive solutions, thorough inquiry resolution, and comprehensive root cause analysis. Acting as a bridge for both internal and external stakeholders, this team enhances the customer journey by utilizing various communication channels.

**_Key Responsibilities_**

+ Engage with customers daily through various communication methods (both external and internal).

+ Collaborate with Sales and other support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

+ Address and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.

+ Manage customer cases efficiently.

+ Foster customer satisfaction through attentive service.

+ Work collaboratively within a team environment.

**_Specific Duties_**

+ Deliver high-quality customer service in a professional and respectful manner.

+ Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate parties.

+ Respond to customer inquiries via case management, phone, email, and web within established service levels.

+ Provide specialized assistance with return authorizations, order tracking, complaint resolution, EDI customer setup, and payment inquiries.

+ Process return authorizations and issue return labels as needed.

+ Track customer orders to ensure timely delivery of products.

+ Assist customers with web registrations and related inquiries.

+ Process credit card payments for customer transactions.

+ Conduct daily research to resolve customer complaints and issues logged through the Salesforce database.

+ Modify customer orders as requested.

+ Undertake additional responsibilities as required to enhance customer satisfaction.

**_Qualifications_**

+ High School diploma with 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, or a minimum of a 2-year degree is preferred.

+ Strong experience in phone communication within a customer service setting.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

**_Expectations for this Role_**

+ Acquire job skills and familiarize yourself with company policies to complete standard tasks.

+ Engage in routine assignments on a daily basis.

+ Adhere to established processes and guidelines.

+ Work under close supervision, following detailed instructions.

+ Seek regular guidance from supervisors.

**Compensation and Benefits**

**Anticipated hourly range:** $15.00 - $18.69
