Job Description

Detroit Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to fill a lead position in our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MRI procedures and excellent leadership skills to guide our team members.

  • Coordinate the flow of work and delegate tasks to ensure efficient operation of the department.
  • Monitor the quality and quantity of work to ensure high standards are met.
  • Recommend personnel actions and assist with performance improvement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, government regulations, and DMC policies.

Requirements:

  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) OR American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT).
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support - Healthcare Provider (BLS) training.
  • Two or more years of progressively more responsible MRI Technologist work experience.
