About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Fitness Sales Consultant to join our team at Gold's Gym. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving membership growth and providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our Membership Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that drive membership growth and retention.
  • Provide a best-in-class, member-centric experience that strengthens member relationships and builds member loyalty.
  • Engage with members through various fitness offerings, including personal training, group exercise classes, and digital content.
  • Maintain a clean, friendly, and well-maintained club environment that meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Help new members become comfortable in the club and provide tours of the facility to potential members.
  • Ensure all guests are registered and entered into the system, and communicate membership and fitness offers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed personal and team sales goals, and identify opportunities to improve overall operations.
Requirements
  • Ability to use sound business judgment and have strong analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • College degree preferred, and current CPR certification is required.
  • Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time.
