Job Summary

We're seeking a Technical Specialist to join our Operations team, supporting our fleet and ensuring maximum uptime. As a key member of our team, you'll partner closely with Engineering and external Service Partners to provide expert technical support, work in the field, and collaborate on engineering test activities, prototype development, and customer vehicle support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for our fleet, including remote assistance and on-site visits
  • Collaborate with Engineering to develop and implement service procedures and training programs
  • Work with external Service Partners to ensure seamless support and maximum uptime
  • Contribute to the development of new technologies and innovations
  • Participate in field testing and data collection to inform product development
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a vehicle workshop or dealer shop
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Experience with electric and hybrid vehicles is a plus
  • Valid driver's license required
