We are seeking an experienced Hospitalist Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic team in a beautiful area 45 minutes north of Charlotte, NC, and south of Winston-Salem, NC.
Key Responsibilities:- Round on all assigned inpatient census and provide high-quality patient care
- Work independently with a positive attitude and a lot of energy and enthusiasm
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
- Manage admissions and discharges efficiently
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- NC license in hand or in process already
- 5-12 admissions per night, with an average daily census varying
- Ability to work day or night shifts, with a 7on 7off schedule
- Procedures are not required but highly preferred
