About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planning Specialist to join our team at Lockheed Martin. As a key member of our Integrated Product Team, you will be responsible for delivering LSA data, including Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), Maintenance Plans, and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Analysis, to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver LSA data to meet cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with International Trade Compliance (ITC) policies, including interpretation of company policies and procedures, work instructions, and ITAR regulations.
  • Support contract proposal initiatives by providing estimates for modifications and newly developed aircraft components.
  • Ensure authorized technical review and acceptance of analyst/subcontractor submitted packages.
  • Interface with the Engineering IPT and Logistics community.
  • Communicate effectively with customer personnel.
  • Provide feedback on project requirements, statements of work, budgets, and schedules.
  • Maintain effective use of metrics for tracking quality of internal or subcontractor provided deliverables.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of industry and company practices, as well as the ability to develop solutions to complex problems. A bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education is required, along with 6 years of professional experience or 4 years of experience with a related master's degree.

Desired Skills
  • Familiarity with maintenance planning database applications.
  • Familiarity with GEIA-STD-0007B.
  • Military aircraft maintenance experience, preferably with helicopters.
  • Secret Clearance or ability to qualify for a clearance when hired.
