About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Rehabilitation Specialist - SLP to join our team at Chautauqua Health and Rehabilitation. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assess and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in individuals of all ages
  2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and develop comprehensive treatment plans
  3. Provide educational sessions to family members and caregivers on strategies to support client recovery and well-being
