About the Role

As a Regional Civil Engineer at Prinsco, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships in the Pacific Northwest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SUPPORT THE LOCAL SALES PLAN DEVELOPED BY THE SALES MANAGERS FOR PRODUCT PORTFOLIO GROWTH ASSOCIATED WITH THE ENGINEERED MARKET FOR STORM WATER PROJECTS.
  • IDENTIFY KEY SPECIFYING ENGINEERING FIRMS EMPHASIZING STORM WATER PRODUCTS IN THE REGION TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF A PROJECT FUNNEL SUFFICIENTLY ROBUST TO MEET SALES GOALS BASED UPON PROJECTED CLOSURE RATES.
  • ADD VALUE TO THE PRINSKO BRAND BY ENHANCING THE SALES PROPOSITION WITHIN THE COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION MARKET THROUGH PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS, VALUE ENGINEERING, AGENCY APPROVALS, AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of five years of civil engineering or technical sales experience preferred.
  • Professional engineering (PE) licensure preferred.
  • Proven closing abilities with the ability to work in a high-pressure, constantly-changing environment.
  • A valid driver's license with the flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time.
