About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Associate Roving Personal Banker to join our National Branch Network team. As a key member of our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support across a variety of branch locations, ensuring seamless customer service and meeting business objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our bank's products and services, enabling you to effectively connect customers with tailored solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through proactive outreach, identifying opportunities to enhance their financial well-being.
  • Assist customers with basic requests, such as opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements
  • 6+ months of customer-facing experience, with a proven track record of delivering excellent service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and customer needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with customers.
  • Proficiency in using technology to enhance customer experiences and drive business results.
